Dr. Said A. Ibrahimi

Medical Director

Dr. Said A. Ibrahimi is an insightful and patient-oriented psychiatrist assisting his patients at Vortex Psychiatry – TMS Clinic. Dr. Ibrahimi is a member of the American Academy of Psychoanalysis and Dynamic Psychiatry and the American Psychiatric Association. He attended the Ross University School of Medicine to receive his medical degree. He then attended the Albany Medical Center to complete her internal medicine internship and neurology residency. He completed another psychiatry residency at the Bronx-Lebanon Hospital Center, before he completed his fellowship at the New York Medical College.

He is dedicated to looking for the root cause of symptoms, so that treatment is maximized to optimal effect. Patient satisfaction and education are Dr. Ibrahimi’s priorities. He believes that setting mutual goals and good communication are the foundation to a healthy treatment process.

Veronica Nino

Clinic Director

Veronica brings over 20 years of management and a background in finance. She graduated from the University of Phoenix with a degree in Marketing and is a Certified Medical Assistant. Veronica enjoys health and wellness, patient care and continues to further her education in mental health. On her off time, she enjoys cooking, walking, and spending time with family.

Dasmy Coria

TMS Technician

Dasmy is a proud mother of 3 boys. She has 10 years of professional experience in customer relations and management. She attended Samuel Merritt University in Oakland, California. Dasmy has gained a passion in working in mental health and believes in patient care and their mental health. On her free time, she enjoys travelling and discovering new cuisines.

Amy Nguyen

Amy has been working with Dr. Ibrahimi over the past year and a half and continues to expand her knowledge on mental health, medication management, and TMS therapy. She graduated from UC Irvine with a Bachelor of Science degree in Neurobiology and is currently in the process of applying to medical school. Aside from her job, she volunteers for hospice patients, emotionally and socially supporting them and their families. At this office, Amy intends to improve patients’ well-being by providing quality care, building meaningful connections, and educating patients about TMS. In her free time, she enjoys reading, watching Marvel movies, painting, and working out. She is a firm believer in the therapeutic effects of exercise and hopes to share this passion and inspire others.
